Surfaces & applications
Steel structures; stainless steel and galvanized pipe; aluminium components; railings, equipment and exterior metalwork
One coating for primer and finish functions
The product combines substrate protection and the coloured finish in one coating type. Suitable projects include prepared steelwork, railings, equipment and exterior architectural metalwork. Decide the complete system from the substrate condition and exposure rather than assuming one thin coat is sufficient.

Smooth-metal substrates
The application range includes stainless steel, galvanized pipe and aluminium alloy as well as prepared steel. Smooth surfaces need careful cleaning and abrasion to establish adhesion. Remove grease, loose rust and contaminants; trial adhesion on the actual substrate before coating the full job.
Measured mixing and working time
Mix paint and hardener at 4:1 by weight. Use mixed paint within 4 hours and do not store it for later application after adding hardener. Add compatible thinner after mixing, using the smaller brushing range or the spraying range as appropriate.
Colour and practical coverage
Custom colours allow equipment, railings and fabricated components to be finished consistently. Approximate coverage is 5 m²/kg for each coat at 30–40 µm. Surface roughness, shape, application losses and the selected film build affect the material quantity needed.
Build and protect the finish
Two thin coats are recommended, with approximately 24 hours between them. Full hardening normally takes 3–7 days. Keep the early film free from water, dust and handling damage, and allow suitable curing before demanding mechanical or chemical exposure.

Application process
Build the right protection system
- 01
Prepare the substrate
Clean, degrease and abrade the metal. Remove loose rust, unstable old coatings and dust.
- 02
Mix 4:1
Combine paint and hardener by weight. Stir evenly, then add compatible thinner for the chosen application method.
- 03
Apply thin coats
Brush or spray evenly; apply the recommended second coat after approximately 24 hours.
- 04
Allow to harden
Protect the coated component during the 3–7 day hardening period before demanding service.

Frequently asked questions
Does primer-and-topcoat mean a single coat?
It means the coating combines primer and finish functions. Two thin coats are recommended for the stated application process.
How long can mixed paint be used?
Use it within 4 hours after mixing with hardener. Do not keep mixed paint for a later job.
Can it coat galvanized metal or stainless steel?
These are listed applications, with cleaning, abrasion and an adhesion trial on the actual substrate required for reliable results.
