Product availability, packaging, quantity, pricing, OEM options and delivery arrangements are confirmed in the quotation and order. Website descriptions do not replace the agreed order terms.
Samples
Samples are provided for evaluation. Samples are free, with freight paid by the customer. A sample result applies to the conditions tested and should be assessed before a larger order or production use.
Website material
Product photographs illustrate the depicted product, packaging or application. Packaging and labels can vary by the selected supply arrangement. External links are provided for convenience and are subject to the terms of the linked website.

Technical values and application conditions
Coverage, drying, curing and surface-property values relate to the specified product and conditions. Actual results can vary with the substrate, preparation, film build, environment and application process. Keep the product identity and units with the value when comparing materials. If a project requires a defined test method or acceptance criterion, include it in the enquiry and agreed specification.
Specialised applications
Heat resistance of a coating does not by itself establish a structural fire-resistance classification. Water repellency does not establish floor slip resistance or a complete device ingress rating. Medical-device applications require assessment of the finished component and intended use. Food- or water-contact applications require documentation relevant to the exact material, contact and destination requirements.
Samples, quantities and delivery timing
A sample is intended for a defined evaluation on representative material. Sample freight is paid by the customer. Many bulk coatings have an approximate 50 kg starting quantity, while minimum quantities vary by product and packaging. The usual 10–20-day order lead time starts after details are confirmed and excludes transit. The quotation and accepted order identify the actual commercial and delivery arrangements.
