Temporary surface protection with a planned removal step. Explore liquid films for renovation, manufacturing, furniture, glass, vehicle colour work and electronic assemblies. Select by substrate, application method, exposure and removal behaviour.
Surface treatments for electronic assemblies, heat-transfer equipment, crafts, stone and tiles. Each application has different requirements for wetting, appearance, durability and processing.
Specialty coatings for clear waterproofing, gold-effect decoration, elevated-temperature surfaces and selected medical-device materials. Explore the product that matches the specific surface task.
Protect a finished component, resist a corrosive environment or change how a surface interacts with water. Explore the practical requirements before choosing a coating.
A water-based liquid coating that dries into a removable protective film. It covers compatible smooth surfaces and can follow shapes that are awkward to protect with pre-cut adhesive film. Coloured finishes also provide a visible indication of the protected area.
A temporary vehicle colour coating for full-body applications, display projects and short-term decorative work. It is designed around water-assisted removal, allowing the original finish to be revealed after the temporary colour has served its purpose.
A glass-flake-filled vinyl ester mastic for industrial corrosion-protection systems. The mastic format is selected for building a protective lining on appropriately prepared substrates, with the resin system matched to the service environment.
A thin protective coating for evaluating water-repellent surface protection on PCBAs and selected electronic components. It is applied as a liquid and supports coating processes that need controlled access to complex assemblies.
A transparent surface treatment for evaluating water repellency and easier cleaning on selected stone finishes. Selection depends on the stone, porosity, surface preparation and the appearance required after treatment.
A gold-toned decorative coating for creating a metallic, leaf-like visual effect on compatible prepared surfaces. It provides a liquid-paint format for decorative work, lettering and craft finishes.
Established in 2011, Baoding Leader Coat Technology Co., Ltd. supplies functional coatings for surface protection, industrial maintenance and specialist finishes.
We work with coating distributors, spray-equipment suppliers, applicators and industrial buyers. Product selection starts with the actual surface, coating process and service conditions. Samples and OEM supply can then be discussed around the selected material.
Laboratory benches, fume hoods and testing equipment
From material selection to a practical trial
A useful coating enquiry starts with the substrate and the job. Tell us what the surface is made of, how it is prepared, how the coating will be applied and what it will encounter in service. For removable coatings, include when and how the film must come off.
We help you narrow the product choice and discuss a sample evaluation around those conditions. Product format, colour, packaging and order quantity can then be matched to the selected material.
For distributors, applicators and industrial buyers
Coating distributors and wholesalers Build a range around the applications your customers handle. Compare pack sizes, product positioning and repeat-order needs.
Spray-equipment suppliers and application partners Evaluate coatings alongside the equipment, nozzle setup and process used by your customers.
Manufacturers and assembly businesses Assess coatings on the actual component and production sequence, including preparation, drying or curing, inspection and removal where relevant.
Contractors and specialist finishers Select materials for a defined job, surface condition and application environment.
Samples and ordering
Can I request a sample?
Yes. Product samples are free; the customer pays the freight. Tell us the product and intended application so the sample discussion starts with the right material.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Many bulk coatings start at approximately 50 kg. Minimum quantities vary by product and packaging, particularly for aerosols and small-volume treatments. Contact sales to discuss a flexible starting quantity.
What is the usual lead time?
The usual order lead time is 10–20 days after order details are confirmed. Shipping time is additional and depends on the destination and transport arrangement.
Do you support OEM?
Yes. Contact us with the product, packaging, label and quantity requirements. Available options are agreed for the selected product.
Share the substrate and working conditions if you are choosing between products. A useful sample tests preparation, application, drying or curing and the result after the intended exposure.
What to include in your first message
A product name, a photograph and a short description of the job are enough to start. Add the original finish, intended application method and approximate quantity if available. For repeat production, include the component count or monthly coated area. For a sample shipment, provide the destination country, city and postal code so freight can be discussed alongside the product.
A peelable coating is applied as a liquid and dries into a removable film. Adhesive protective film arrives as a sheet or roll and is fitted to the surface. The practical choice depends on geometry, preparation, application time and removal after the protection period.
Water-washable vehicle paint and peelable wheel film serve different removal requirements. Washable paint is selected for water-assisted removal. Peelable wheel coating forms a film intended to be lifted and peeled from a compatible wheel finish.
A useful peelable coating trial checks the whole protection cycle: preparation, application, drying, service exposure and removal. Use a representative surface and write down the conditions so the result can guide a purchasing decision.
