Surfaces & applications
Commercial vehicle panels, temporary display finishes and workshop colour-change projects that need a bulk liquid format.
Bulk liquid for repeated application
The pail format is useful for workshops, larger vehicle panels and recurring temporary colour work. Material can be applied with a brush, roller or suitable spray equipment, allowing the applicator to choose a process around the area and available equipment. The black and white options provide a practical starting range for covering graphics and changing the temporary appearance of a compatible painted panel.

Use the coverage units correctly
The stated coverage is approximately 3–4 m² per litre for one coat. The pack is sold by mass, so litres and kilograms should not be treated as interchangeable without the selected material's density. Include the coated area, number of coats and application method when requesting a quantity recommendation. For repeat work, record actual usage on the first representative vehicle or panel.
Drying and the display environment
Allow approximately 2–4 hours before applying the next coat, after the surface has dried. Choose a ventilated, dry application area and avoid rain. Since the finish is removed with water, the intended exposure period and likelihood of washing or rainfall belong in product selection. Plan a small removal trial before covering the full area.

Application process
Plan the finish and the removal
- 01
Prepare the panel
Remove dust and oil and ensure the original paint is clean, dry and sound.
- 02
Stir
Open the pail and mix the material thoroughly to distribute the colour consistently.
- 03
Apply
Brush, roll or spray an even layer. Avoid excessive build at edges and low points.
- 04
Recoat and finish
Wait approximately 2–4 hours for surface drying before the second coat. Assess opacity and uniformity before returning the item to its intended display.
Remove dirt and oil from sound paintwork. Stir the product, mask adjacent surfaces and apply a controlled, even coat. Allow drying between coats and assess coverage on the actual base colour. Use the product-specific application instructions for the selected batch and method.

Frequently asked questions
How is this different from the aerosol product?
The bucket format supplies liquid material for brushes, rollers or suitable spray equipment. The aerosol version is packaged for direct spraying.
Can I calculate an order from area alone?
Area is the starting point. Coating method, surface condition, colour contrast, film thickness and practical losses also affect the quantity required.
Is the pail format only for brush application?
No. Brush, roller and suitable spray application are available. The process should produce a uniform layer without runs.
Is the 3–4 m² figure a two-coat coverage?
No. It is a per-litre, per-coat reference. A two-coat finish uses material across the area twice, plus practical application losses.
