Surfaces & applications
Selected bathroom surfaces, tiles, windowsills and compatible building surfaces after the water-entry path has been identified.
Clear protection for a defined repair area
This clear waterproof sealant is a brush-applied material for surface waterproofing work where retaining the visible substrate matters. Typical areas include compatible concrete, cement render and masonry, as well as selected wood and stone surfaces. It can be considered around drainage details and other accessible maintenance areas after the route of water entry has been identified. A transparent coating can still change gloss or deepen colour, particularly on absorbent stone or wood; approve the dried appearance on a small area first.

Find the water-entry point before coating
Inspect joints, penetrations, cracks and transitions between materials. Remove loose material and correct unstable or moving defects before applying a surface coating. Water arriving from behind a wall, through a failed joint or beneath an existing finish requires attention to that defect. Define the area to be treated from the actual water path, including the adjoining sound surface, rather than coating only the visible stain.
A continuous coating depends on preparation
Remove dust, oil, dirt and loose residues, then let the substrate dry. Brush the sealant evenly across the repair area and work carefully around changes in shape. Avoid leaving gaps at corners, edges and pipe interfaces. The stated 24-hour drying period requires protection from water; confirm that the film is dry before returning the area to use. Cold conditions, poor ventilation or excessive application thickness can delay drying.

Choose a pack around the job
Small packs suit sample areas and local repairs; larger packs suit repeated maintenance and wider surfaces. Give sales the substrate, approximate area, condition of the surface and number of locations. Coverage depends on absorption and applied thickness, so a measured trial on the actual substrate gives a more useful quantity estimate than a universal area-per-kilogram assumption.

Application process
Match the process to the finish
- 01
Inspect
Identify the water path, repair unstable defects and choose a sound boundary for the treated area.
- 02
Clean and dry
Remove loose coatings and contamination; allow the surface to dry.
- 03
Brush evenly
Stir as needed and apply an uninterrupted layer without leaving untreated gaps.
- 04
Protect during drying
Keep water and disturbance away for at least the stated 24-hour drying period, then inspect before use.
Identify the source of leakage before applying a surface treatment. Repair unstable joints or damaged substrates as required, then clean and dry the coating area. Apply evenly and allow the material to cure before water exposure. Assess adhesion, appearance and the complete repaired detail.

Frequently asked questions
Can a clear coating solve every bathroom leak?
No. Leaks can originate in pipes, joints, movement cracks or the waterproofing system beneath the tiles. The repair must address the actual cause.
Will the original surface appearance remain unchanged?
A clear coating can still affect gloss or deepen the appearance of some materials. Test a small area first.
Will the clear coating leave every surface visually unchanged?
No. Check the dried trial for colour and gloss changes, especially on porous wood and stone.
Can it bridge a moving construction joint?
A moving joint needs a joint treatment designed for its movement. Use this product for the compatible surface-waterproofing task agreed for the repair.
