Selection Notes
Describe the required outcome and operating conditions. Transparent protection, decorative appearance, heat exposure and instrument-surface treatment require different preparation and evaluation methods.

Choose by the finished surface task
Clear waterproof sealant, gold-effect paint, high-temperature inorganic coating and medical-device surface-treatment material solve different problems. Begin with the desired result and the substrate, then select the corresponding product page. A transparent maintenance coating does not replace a gold decorative finish, and a heat-resistant industrial finish does not establish suitability for a medical component.
Building maintenance and decorative work
The clear sealant is brushed onto a prepared compatible surface and requires a protected 24-hour drying period. It is available from 300 g to 15 kg. Water-based gold leaf effect paint comes in 300 g, 500 g, 1 kg and 2 kg packs for compatible metal, plaster and wood. Both should be trialled for appearance on the actual surface, particularly where absorption or an existing finish can alter the result.
Industrial heat and precision coating
XN3501 addresses compatible metal surfaces with a continuous heat-resistance declaration of ≥750°C. XN6203 is a thin-film surface-treatment material with a 180–200°C, 30-minute cure and a listed 3–6 μm film. Their preparation, processing and acceptance requirements differ. Provide the actual metal, coating boundary, thermal duty and assembled-component limitations before selecting either material.
Prepare a useful purchase brief
For maintenance, describe the defect and water-entry route. For decorative work, provide the reference appearance and undercoat. For heated equipment, provide metal temperatures and cycles. For medical-device development, provide intended contact, cleaning, sterilisation and validation requirements. Include pack preference and quantity with the same enquiry, and request a free sample for the defined trial; sample freight is paid by the customer.
