Surfaces & applications
Glass doors, windows, interior partitions and selected curtain-wall glazing where a removable visual finish is required.
Temporary privacy with a removable finish
The coating changes the appearance of compatible glass while keeping removal part of the design. It can be used on doors, windows, partitions and selected curtain-wall glazing for temporary screening, construction-period appearance or a decorative frosted effect. Privacy and light transmission depend on the glazing, film coverage and lighting on both sides.

Build a consistent frosted appearance
Use a clean roller or suitable soft roller and apply two or three thin coats. Keep the application direction and wet coverage consistent across the panel. Allow approximately 2–3 hours between coats. A smooth glass surface may need several controlled passes to produce an even visual result; heavy patches can create unwanted differences in translucency.
Allow the finish to develop
The expected appearance develops after approximately 24 hours, while full drying can take around seven days. Keep the freshly coated surface away from moisture for at least the first 24 hours and avoid bumps or scratching while it is drying. Check the result in daylight and under indoor lighting before repeating the process across multiple panes.

Application process
Protection through the complete cycle
- 01
Clean the glazing
Remove grease, marks and loose contamination. The glass must be clean and dry.
- 02
Stir
Gently but thoroughly stir material that has settled during storage. Use the ready-to-apply coating without adding an unrelated thinner.
- 03
Apply thin coats
Use a clean roller for two or three coats, allowing approximately 2–3 hours between applications. Clean tools promptly between sessions.
- 04
Protect during drying
Keep dry for the first 24 hours and allow approximately seven days for full drying. Assess both the visual effect and subsequent peeling on a sample pane.
Clean the glass thoroughly and remove contamination that could affect adhesion or appearance. Stir before use and apply thin, even layers with consistent coverage. Compare the finish from both sides of the glass, in daytime and under indoor lighting. Allow the film to dry before exposure to cleaning or handling.

Frequently asked questions
Will every colour give the same privacy?
No. Colour, coating thickness, lighting and viewing distance affect how much detail remains visible through the glass.
Can the glass be restored after removal?
Removal is part of the product purpose. Test the coating on the actual glass or existing surface treatment before covering a large area.
When will the final appearance be visible?
The intended appearance is generally apparent after about 24 hours, but full drying takes approximately seven days.
Does the same coating give identical privacy on all glass?
No. Glass type, coating thickness and light levels influence visibility. Compare the actual pane from both sides before coating the full area.
