Surfaces & applications
Doors, windows, glass, tiles, metal and compatible finished wood surfaces exposed to renovation dust and incidental soiling.
A protective layer for the renovation sequence
The coating is intended to protect completed surfaces from dust, dirt and incidental contamination while surrounding work continues. It can cover compatible doors, window components, glazing, tiles and finished furniture, including curved areas where cutting and applying sheet film is inconvenient. The protected surface must already be sound; a removable coating cannot strengthen loose paint or a friable substrate.

Colour and visibility on site
The colour range includes white, black, ivory white, mist, Nordic blue, Morandi grey, deep-space grey, titanium-gold grey and other decorative tones. A visible colour helps show where a protective layer has been applied. For clear visual approval, compare a sample against the original finish and the lighting on site. Product specifications, packaging and label requirements can be included in an OEM enquiry.
Coverage and protection planning
The reference coverage is approximately 8 m²/kg for one coat. Surface texture, tool loading, contours and the required film continuity affect actual use. Plan the amount around the full protected area and the application method. Thin spots at corners or along frame profiles can interrupt peeling. Areas exposed to tools, heavy materials or repeated foot traffic may require physical coverings in addition to the removable film.

Removal after the work
Once the renovation stage is complete, lift an accessible edge and peel progressively. Check edges and detailed profiles for remaining fragments. Inspect the original colour and gloss and remove any loose debris before subsequent cleaning or handover. For repeat protection, clean and reassess the surface before applying a new layer.

Application process
Protection through the complete cycle
- 01
Check the base
The surface must be firm, dry, clean, flat where appropriate, and free from loose material.
- 02
Stir and select tools
Stir the ready-to-use material. Select a brush or roller suited to the surface and desired appearance.
- 03
Apply evenly
Maintain continuous coverage across the protected area. Work carefully around corners, frames and interfaces with uncoated materials.
- 04
Allow the film to dry
Keep it free from water, dust and disturbance while it forms.
- 05
Remove at handover
Peel after the protection period and inspect the finished substrate before the next operation.
The surface must be sound, clean and dry. Check the original finish in a small area, apply an even film and protect it while it dries. Include edge details and the planned duration of work in the trial. Remove the film after the protection period and inspect the finish beneath.

Frequently asked questions
Can this protect a fragile or flaking paint finish?
A weak finish can lift with the protective layer. Establish adhesion of the original coating and test removal before use.
Does it protect against heavy construction impact?
It is a surface protection coating. Heavy impact, sharp loads and concentrated abrasion need suitable physical protection as well.
What are the retail pack sizes?
The listed packs are 300 g, 500 g and 1 kg. Packaging and labelling requirements can also be discussed.
Can it be used on wood?
Use it on sound, compatible finished wood rather than assuming it will peel from every porous wooden surface. Test the actual paint, lacquer or sealed finish.
Does it need mixing with water?
No. It is supplied ready to use. Stir thoroughly and maintain a consistent application without water dilution.
