Surfaces & applications
Small-area temporary vehicle colour changes, display panels and controlled decorative work on compatible painted surfaces.
For smaller temporary colour jobs
The aerosol format supplies the material and spray delivery in one pack. It suits individual panels, trial areas and decorative work where setting up a separate spray gun would add unnecessary preparation. Black and white versions can cover temporary graphics or provide a short-term colour layer on a compatible original finish. Compare the finish under the lighting in which the vehicle will be displayed.

Planning coverage and appearance
The reference coverage is approximately 2 m² per can for one coat, with two or more coats recommended. A 2 m² area receiving two coats therefore represents 4 m² of one-coat application before losses are considered. Colour contrast, spray technique, edges and surface smoothness affect the number of cans required. Use overlapping light passes rather than attempting full opacity with one heavy wet application.
A finish designed to wash away
This product is useful when reversibility through washing is part of the project. Water exposure can also disturb the finish before the intended removal date. Keep the application dry during drying and avoid rainy application conditions. New and previous packaging designs may differ; the product, colour and order specification identify the supplied item.

Application process
Plan the finish and the removal
- 01
Clean
Wipe the body panel to remove dust and oil, then allow it to dry.
- 02
Mask
Protect adjacent trim, glazing and other areas outside the job.
- 03
Spray
Shake the can and spray evenly from 20–30 cm. Keep moving to prevent local build-up.
- 04
Recoat
Allow approximately 2–4 hours for surface drying before the second coat. Continue with controlled passes until the required coverage is achieved.
Clean the panel and mask adjacent areas. Shake the can and apply light, even passes in a ventilated working area. Allow each coat to dry before applying the next. Check coverage and removal on a test area; actual consumption depends on colour contrast, film build and spraying technique.

Frequently asked questions
When is the aerosol format useful?
It suits smaller panels, trial work and jobs where a separate spray unit is inconvenient. Bucket-packed paint provides another format for larger areas.
Can the finished coating be washed normally?
Water washing is the intended removal method, so normal washing can disturb the temporary finish.
How should I estimate cans?
Use approximately 2 m² per can per coat as the starting reference, multiply the job area by the number of coats and allow for application losses.
Where should unused cans be stored?
Store indoors at 5–35°C in a cool, dry location. Follow the aerosol label for handling and keep the container away from heat and ignition sources.
